Actress Louisa So's sudden burst of excitement has triggered speculations that she will be starring alongside award-winning actor, Tony Leung (Ka Fai) in the actor's TVB comeback.

According to Jayne Stars website, while speaking to the media at a brief press meeting for her stage production, "The Mad Phoenix", the actress was elated when telling reporters that she will be returning for a TVB drama.

Louisa enthused, "I just received a call today, and I will return [to TVB] to film a drama later. I am really excited after the phone call!"

Asked if she would be starring in a drama with Tony, Louisa smiled and said, "I don't know!"

If the actress has indeed being offered to play a role in the Tony Leung-starrer, she will be the first female actress to have been cast in the yet-to-be-titled drama. The media has earlier reported that Michael Miu and Raymond Lam were in negotiations to star in the drama as well.

Meanwhile, producer Chong Wai Kin confirmed that the upcoming TVB drama will begin its principal photography in September 2013.

TVB is keeping tight wraps on the new Tony project, but it is known that the drama will do some location shooting in Vietnam.
