TVB has recently announced the fourth season of "The Voice", and this time it is stars versus stars.
According to Apple Daily, at a press conference that was held on 17 June, co-hosts, Carol Cheng and Amigo Chui appeared together with the selected celebrity judges for the new season, aptly titled "Star's Legend" to announce that the show will premiere on 7 July, with 10 episodes overall.
It was also revealed that the first episode will feature seven TVB singers, among which are Mandy Wong, Oscar Leung, Carat Cheung and Benjamin Yuen. Meanwhile, Alan Tam, Sally Yeh, Elisa Chan, Hacken Lee, Eric Moo and Anthony Luen have been named as some of the judges of the show.
The grand prize winner reportedly will be getting HKD 338,000 (app. USD 43,600) among other prizes.
In unrelated news, Oscar Leung recently dismissed rumours that he is a pre-fixed winner, after the show saw how talented the actor is above others.
"I am not that confident when compared to other singers. Fred Cheng has won third place in a music contest before. I think he has a bigger chance," said the actor.
