TVB comeback singer-actor Steven Ma recently revealed that he had invested over a million Hong Kong dollars in order to make his dream album, "Cherish" come true.
According to HK Channel, the "Property Protector" actor recently revealed that he had assembled the assistance of several experts from all over the world to make the album, saying, "I hired the musicians in Los Angeles, mixed the songs at the Stockfisch Records in Germany, and assembled them in Japan. A lot of effort went into it."
However, Steven added that he is fortunate that due to his friendship with the people involved, he was given a 30 percent discount from the original budget.
The actor also revealed that aside from filming TVB series, "Property Protector", he is also busy preparing the upcoming promotion and launch of his new album, "Cherish". Steven also has to rehearse for his upcoming July mini-concert.
"Although I'm very busy, my spirits are high. I have been only recording theme songs for TV series, but this time around, not only did I release a new album but also participate in the production process, so it really is important to me," he added.
