Hong Kong actor Nicholas Tse recently confirmed rumours of his grandmother's passing, saying that he will be flying to Australia when he has time.
According to BBC News website, the 33-year-old actor's grandmother, who had been staying at a nursery home in Sydney, Australia, passed away at the age of 101 after being in a coma for quite a while.
At the press conference of his new movie, "As The Light Goes Out", Nicholas stated, "I heard about her passing while I was busy filming. I am affected more or less, but I don't want my personal affairs to affect my work."
The actor stated that his family will present incense sticks together at the most suitable moment, and revealed his plan to fly to Australia when he has the time.
"I visited her earlier this year. She has been in a coma for years, but she opened her eyes to look at me. It was a miracle," said the actor.
He also dismissed rumours that his ex-wife Cecilia Cheung prohibited their sons, Lucas and Quintus, from attending the funeral in Australia, "That did not happen."
