When asked regarding the movie's box office sales, director Pang Ho Cheung expressed, "Of course I am happy with the result. It proves that the general public needs the 'crazy comedy' genre to release stress."

Meanwhile, lead actor Chapman To enthused, "All the compliments should be given to the film crew. Hopefully, we will be able to make such movies every year that truly shows the authenticity of Hong Kong society."

His statement was supported by Shawn Yue, who hoped that the movie's box office performance would be good enough for a sequel or even a third film.
