After a one-year hiatus, Hong Kong singer Eason Chan is back with a new studio album titled "The Key".
According to 21CN, "The Key" is Eason's 17th full-length Cantonese album as well as 28th album over the span of 18 years of his musical career.
The album's first single, "The Main Theme", co-written by CY Kong and Lesley Chiang, had already been released on 14 June and successfully climbed to the top of music charts while the music video was released on Universal Music's official YouTube channel on 16 July.
It garnered a lot of attention as Eason had previously said that the song is one of the most difficult songs he has ever performed in his career.
Meanwhile, the album consists of eight tracks, as well as a bonus track, "Sail On", which is a duet with Jacky Cheung, used as the promotional theme for Hong Kong's social awareness programme, "Hong Kong: Our Home".
"The Key" has been on sale in stores since 22 July.
