Hong Kong actor Louis Koo recently disclosed that his upcoming film, "Inferno 3D", is his most challenging movie yet.
As reported on China News, at an event recently, Louis said, "Sean [Lau] and I have worked on movies and television series about fire disasters before, but we were surprised to learn that despite all of our past experiences, they did not help us for this movie."
The actor stated that he had to film many dangerous stunts, including a scene where he had to stand on the window ledge outside a building and use a safety rope to pull Angelica Lee and Cheng Sicheng up from the fire below.
He disclosed, "I never imagined that this scene would take so much of my energy. I remember that those two scenes had to be shot consecutively. One scene took 10 days, while the other took five more."
He continued, "It was truly exhausting. On the last two days of the shoot, my arms were so tired that they would shake from holding chopsticks. I couldn't even speak."
The Pang Brothers' "Inferno 3D" will be released in October 2013.
