Hong Kong singer Eason Chan recently had two separate birthday surprises, one organized by his celebrity colleagues and another organized by his concert crew.
According to Now News, on 27 July, the singer was pleasantly surprised when his concert crew gathered backstage to celebrate his 39th birthday together after his 19th performance at the Hong Kong Coliseum.
Eason's wife, Hilary Tsui and their daughter Hong Tai, his parents and a few other family members also made an appearance backstage to celebrate his birthday while almost 300 fans waited outside the Coliseum for him to come out so that they could sing a birthday song to him.
The singer got another surprise during his performance when actors Nicholas Tse, Jaycee Chan, Josie Ho, Edmond Leung, and others came on to the stage with a cake and sang a birthday song for him.
The overjoyed Eason ended up singing three songs in a row during his encore performance and was reluctant to end the show.
