The Hong Kong model-actress reportedly went to Korea to recover from her recent breakup with Aaron Kwok Lynn Xiong reportedly went to Korea alone to recover from her recent breakup with longtime boyfriend Aaron Kwok.
Following recent speculations of the end of the couple's seven-year relationship, Lynn finally admitted last Thursday that the two have parted ways. Looking haggard and teary-eyed, the Hong Kong model-actress forced a smile and insisted that she was "ok".
While it was rumoured that the pair broke up because Lynn rushed Aaron to get married, the 32-year-old emphasised that she has never forced him to do anything that he dislikes. Responding to previous reports of the rumoured 'third party' Christine Kuo who tearfully claimed her innocence last week, Lynn asked, "Who should be the one crying?"
Affected by the breakup, Lynn reportedly went to Korea for a short getaway. The model-actress was spotted heading straight for the departure gate when she arrived alone at the Hong Kong airport at noon on Friday.
Meanwhile, her ex-boyfriend appeared to be enjoying his newfound singlehood as he reportedly went to Beijing and even planned for "single parties" and leisure activities there.
The singer-actor appeared at the airport later in the afternoon on the same day of Lynn's departure. Seemingly in a good mood, Aaron even took the initiative to greet reporters waiting at the airport.
Commenting on his breakup, Aaron defended Christine once again and emphasised that there is no third party involved. "This is strictly a matter between Lynn and me," he said.
When asked if he would remain as friends with Lynn, the 47-year-old simply replied, "Of course, we are still very good friends."
