According to Hong Kong media calculation, Carol Zhu is already 9 months pregnant, it's estimated that she could be giving birth in another 2 weeks! First time father Andy take things seriously as he would personally accompany his wife for medical checkup every two or three weeks. Last Friday, the Hong Kong media again photographed him accompanying his wife for checkup, preparing to welcome the new life.
According to media reports in Hong Kong, insiders revealed that since the first day Carol got pregnant, Andy had been accompanying his wife for checkup. To prevent being disturbed, they requested to be the "first patient" last Friday as they made their way to the clinic before it opened for business. The insider said couple will visit the hospital every Friday between 7:30 – 8:30 am, they would not walk pass the lobby or take passenger lift, they took the cargo lift instead.
From what the media had witness, last Friday around 8:16am, Mr. and Mrs. Lau accompanied by bodyguards arrived at the hospital in their new white 7-seater SUV. The driver used the car door to block the cargo lift parking lot to make sure that nobody could get near and successfully allowing the couple to use the lift. They leave the hospital after 40 minutes, other than the driver using the door as shield, one security guard from the building was seen standing next to the car door, Andy would hold the hands Carol, who was wearing a surgical mask while boarding the vehicle carefully. It is said that Andy bought two new cars recently in order to prevent the media from following them which will affect Carol going out, however they still got spotted by the media.
It was earlier alleged that Carol was seeing Hong Kong's famous Gynecologist Dr. Ho Wing Chiu, Clement but recently the media revealed that actually their doctor is Dr. William So Wai Ki, a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. With regards to which hospital Carol will be giving birth, the insider revealed: "They had decided upon several hospitals, most probably would be going to Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital and Dr. So will be in charge." Carol who is already 46 years old, had a miscarriage four years ago, thus after much decision with the doctor, they had decided on caesarean birth.
As Carol is a women of advanced reproductive age, thus when she's 26 weeks pregnant, she would need to go through 4D ultrasound scan that cost $2000 per scan, the video can be seen from different angles and levels, able to see the outline, including face, nose, mouth, hands and legs thus able to detect any deform, the bones, stomach, intestine and digestive system. According to reports, Andy can't help smiling whenever he's watching the scans.
