This year will be the 15th anniversary of the Hong Kong Hand Over. To commemorate this special day, the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in London worked with England's Terrocotta Film Festival to select 15 films that represented Hong Kong. These 15 films included A SIMPLE LIFE (TOH JEH), INFERNAL AFFAIRS (MO GAN DOH), LIFE WITHOUT PRINCIPLE (DUET MING GUM), ONE ARMED SWORDSMAN (DUK BEI DOH) and THE BOUNTY (YUEN HUNG). THE BOUNTY was even the only film that has not been released in Hong Kong yet. So far it has only had one world premiere at the Udine Far East Film Festival.THE BOUNTY is scheduled for a June 21st release. Although the film is an action comedy, its story is quite meaningful. In one scene Chapman To Man Jat out of justice took care of the RubberBand drummer Lai Man played sugar cane gang leader. The villagers in order to thank their hero brought many gifts, one of which included calligraphy "Courage To Do What's Easy". Director Fung Chi Chiang deliberated turned the word "Just" into "Easy" to poke fun at certain people in the society. Often they would choose to lend a hand on whether it was easy or hard.
