Hong Kong veteran singer, Jacky Cheung had an impromptu performance at Eason Chan's concert show last Saturday Last Saturday night, talented singer Eason Chan performed his 13th Eason's LIFE concert show at the Hong Kong Coliseum and Jacky Cheung, a veteran singer, was one of his distinguished guests.
Jacky was easily identified from the audience due to the neon jacket he wore that night. Shortly into the concert, the two, who had recently collaborated on a theme song for Hong Kong's Our Home campaign to raise social awareness, were coerced by the audience to sing a duet.
Responding to the immense requests, Eason quipped, 'Didn't I remind you (Jacky) not to wear bright colors?'
In a surprise turn of events, the usually low-profile singer gave in to the requests of concertgoers, and the duo sang one of Jacky's hits, '˜Love You More Each Day'.
With no preparations done beforehand in this non-rehearsed segment, Eason and Jacky mesmerised the crowd with their pleasant and charming vocals.
After the song, a jovial Jacky mused, 'Actually, I was wondering when you would invite me up here. I wore this jacket so that you can spot me easily.'
